Arden Hotel has exceeded my expectations every stay. I have returned to the hotel 3 consecutive trips because of their excellent staff in the front lobby, the doormen, the restaurant, massage spa and housekeeping. The location is wonderfully set in the center of the city so all the attractions and activities you may wish to engage in are within walking distance or a very brief motorbike ride for 23 baht. Arden Hotel is a welcoming and safe location located on a quiet street with a 7-11 directly across and a family run thai open air restaurant a few feet away. Housekeeping by Ae-Chan was energetic and the most caring and attentive experience. She took care of me during my stay like I was family. Housekeeper Nutt, and housekeeper, Bam, both are wonderful staff members that have shown attentiveness and kindness and would make all guests feel well taken care of. Bam and Nutt make up rooms better and faster by themselves than teams of 2-3. I want to mention them because Bam and Nutt are a big reason for my return to Arden Hotel as well. The hotel is in the process of installing solar panels as well for cleaner energy sustainability.

The location is ideal, close to key attractions yet nestled in a quiet area, offering the best of both worlds. The facilities were top-notch – from the pristine pool to the well-equipped fitness centre, every detail was thought out to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience. What really sets Arden apart is the incredible staff. Every interaction I had, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensure my stay was memorable. A special thanks to the entire staff for their dedication and outstanding service. Your hospitality made my stay truly exceptional. I highly recommend Arden Hotel and Residence to anyone looking for a perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and warm, attentive service.

Great location, plenty of coffee shops and food stalls nearby, 7/11 just across the road. Arrived too early for check in but they took our details and kept our luggage until the room was free. No need to check in again later. It was raining so decided to wait at the hotel where they had some comfy loungers to relax on. Nice touch. The room was spacious and immaculately clean with washing machine and microwave. The bathroom had a bath and separate shower. Asked for a quiet room on high floor which was seen to. Good size pool. Friendly and efficient staff.

We had an amazing stay at Arden Hotel! We especially want to highlight the exceptional work of the reception staff, Nueng and Focus. Thanks to their professionalism and attentive service, our request to change rooms was resolved within minutes. The noise from the road was bothering us, and upon our request, we were promptly moved to a room with a better view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The service was outstanding, with staff always ready to assist and go above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable.

rooms are specious and clean. comfy bed, nice clean toilet with both bath facilities…shower enclosure and bath tab. breakfast average. 7 eleven just opposite to hotel. clean swimming pool but I did not use it, so can’t comment on water warm!
